  • Haulage and hoisting trade-off studies
  • Reticulation, ventilation, and underground service design
  • Stockpiles, dumps, and ROM pad design 
2. Feasibility & Technical Studies 
  • Scoping, Pre-Feasibility (PFS), Feasibility (FS), and Bankable Feasibility Studies (BFS)
  • Preliminary Economic Assessments (PEA)
  • Capital and operating cost estimation
  • Cut-off grade analysis and NAV studies
  • Trade-off studies for mining methods and equipment selection
  • Optimization studies
  • Sign off (in process) 
3. Due Diligence & Advisory 
  • Independent Technical Evaluations (ITE) for banks and investors
  • Project audits (resources/reserves, operations, mine design)
  • Site inspections and reporting for acquisitions
  • Review of geological and geotechnical data
  • Compliance with JORC/NI 43-101 
4. Software Implementation & Training 
  • Implementation and training for:
    • Deswik (OPS, Scheduler, MDM, UG Drill & Blast, OP Design)
  • Mentoring technical teams and optimizing workflows
  • Data management system setup and customization
5. Project Management & Coordination 

Managing multidisciplinary teams and consultants

  • Liaison with regulatory authorities
  • Project scheduling and progress tracking (MS Project)
  • Budget development and cost control
  • Business development and tendering 
6. Specialized Studies & Operational Support 
  • Ventilation system design and optimization
  • Geotechnical and hydrology evaluations
  • Mine scheduling and production support
  • Rehabilitation of historical data (e.g., as-builts)
  • Emergency response and safety procedures
